Facilities for Hire

The Department of Education encourages members of the community and education groups to use school facilities when these are not required by the school.

Epping Boys High School has a variety of venues available for evening or weekend events. We assess each application on a case-by-case basis.  If you are interested in hiring our facilities, please read the Hiring Terms and Conditions, Hire Costs and complete an Expression Of Interest (EOI) form below and provide supporting documentation as required via email:

Community Users Facilities Hire - Expression of Interest Form

A Child Protection Declaration form is to be filled out by all Community Users to indicate if they will have children or young people involved or present during the hire period and submitted as part of the EOI process.

Existing Community Use Agreement (CUA) hire variation requests for additional hire periods or to cancel a hire are to be submitted on the form below with a minimum of 4 weeks notice:

Facilities Description

School Assembly Hall – Seats 420 (theatre style) with stage - ideal for presentations or performance evenings, seminars and award functions.  Basic lighting available. Hirers to bring own audio equipment.

Edmund Barton Centre – Seats 500 (theatre style) - ideal for presentations, seminars and award functions - minimal kitchen facilities.

Gymnasium - Indoor Gymnasium available for hire. Featuring full sized basketball court, also suitable for badminton, volleyball and futsal.

Basketball/Pickleball Outdoor Courts – 3 state of the art, undercover and outdoor Basketball Courts, all 3 Courts will be hired per booking.

Sports Grounds – Rugby Oval, Soccer Oval, and cricket nets available for hire.

Tennis/Volleyball Courts – 2 Outdoor Tennis/Volleyball Courts available for hire, both courts will be hired per booking.

Classrooms – Over 20 classrooms equipped with smartboards, projectors and air conditioning available for hire.
